First, it's not just Rottweilers that can't (shouldn't) have chocolate - it is all dogs. Chocolate contains a small amount of a chemical called theobromine which is toxic to dogs - it causes organ failure and can cause death. The darker and more bitter the chocolate, the higher the concentration of theobromine, so baker's chocolate is more dangerous than a Hershey bar (although both are still bad).
It is not good for dogs - or most animals, for that matter - to eat chocolate.
No, because dogs can not eat chocolate, unless they make chocolate free M&M's :) Chocolate is toxic to pets.
Most dogs will absolutely eat chocolate if given the chance.
No
Never feed chocolate to a dog, it is poisonous to dogs.
NO!! The theobromides in chocolate are poisonous to all dogs!!
ALMOST ANY DOG CAN EAT HUMAN FOOD! with the exception of chocolate and grapes and toothpaste if you wanna count that
No but some dogs can eat chocolate and digest it.
Dogs should never eat chocolate. It can be very bad and dangerous for them.
Yep, dogs can eat pretty much anything except chocolate.
Many dogs are eager to eat anything resembling food, and will happily eat chocolate if they can get it. However, they shouldn't be allowed to. Chocolate - particularly dark chocolate - contains a chemical that's really dangerous to dogs if the dose is big enough.
Most definitely not. Especially chocolate. Chocolate can be fatal to dogs and cats. Other sweets are not necessarily fatal but they are not good for dogs.
