It could be many reasons and only a Veterinarian would be able to find out what is wrong with your dog. It could be demodex, a type of mange mite. You should take your dog in to be checked out by a Veterinarian.
A dog loses its hair on multiple seasons.

I would suggest a dandrif free dog. More on the lines of a short hair dog. upossed to a long hair dog.
Not usually. This is probably alopecia and should probably be evaluated by a veterinarian. Sometimes hair loss is nothing more than the dog having a chronically itchy spot, but sometimes it is a sign of a major disease.
Take your dog into the vet to have a checkup. Sometimes they will lose hair because they are under stress, but its always good to take extra precautions. If you have her on any anibiotics for some sickness, I recomend asking your veterenairian if there is another medicine you could use. Look on the bodle and see if it has any sideaffects. Good luck with your dog and puppies!
Just like you would a straight haired dog.
a tibetan terrier is a dog that does not have hair it has fur. So if you are allergic to hair this dog does not have hair so you would not be allergic to it. Poodles are also fur dogs.
