whale watching is really for humpback whales they breach which means that they jump out of the water and splash with their tails its really cool to see scientists watch HUMPBACK WHALES because on the back of their tail flukes, there is a black and white pattern and each humpback whale has a different pattern, scientists observe those to recognize whales, and see where whales travel, if they had any babies stuff like that you know, to collect data, but tourists just watch for the breaching

It doesn't matter what you watch as long as you have fun

The California coast is an excellent place to see gray whales as they migrate.
That would be a pod of killer whales.
well... it depends what you're talking about...and what perspective you are seeing it from. If your thinking that there are too many whales, wrong, there arent enough. Whales should really be saved because the ecosystem of the ocean relies on whales for many things, and for us, they are pretty to watch, so without whales, the ecosystem of the ocean would undergo many changes, and not for the better. Also, whaling is still legal in Japan, Norway, and Iceland. Which is terrible because these poor whales are getting slaughtered for no good reason! SAVE THE WHALES!
No way! Whales were here first.
That would be a pod of whales.
The proper term for a group of whales is a "pod" of whales.
