Will a coyote eat a weasel?

Coyotes are about the size of a medium to large dog and eat smaller animals such as rabbits, squirrels, and yes, weasels (if they can catch them). They have also been known to eat fruits and veggies in the area.

Indeed they will. Watched a coyote eat a muskratjust yesterday as I was at the kitchen sink looking out the window. Ate the whole thing - tail and all!
