Domestic cats are not able to do burnouts as such; they are animals and do not have tires.
Doing a burnout on any vehicle will do some damage, as it was not typically designed for that sort of treatment, and will certainly shorten the life of some (possibly very expensive) tires. Whether doing a burnout on a specific model of Cat would cause damage would depend on the model.

If you are doing this from a traffic light and plan to proceed down the road disengage the t/c and then hope that your car has enough juice to spin the tires
