Devil grass is quite stubborn. Round-up will do the job but it might take a couple of applications to get every little piece that is hiding on your initial application.
Separating and removing monkey grass is difficult but not impossible. You can dig it up or contain it by surrounding it by a fence. You can also call a professional to remove it for you.
You can apply round up (lightly) to kill the bluestem. You will stunt the coastal or jiggs but it will come back. GEt with your local fertilizer dealer or extension agent for details.
