Probably not. I had a cat that did this and we pretty much tried anything. Sometimes it's a mental problem and sometimes it hereditary. I ended up putting her down because nothing worked.
It depends what "fixed" means. If it is a behavior issue, then obedience school might help. But cats have to urinate, and it might be instinct.
Today I had to take my dog to obedience classes so he would stop peeing in he house.
The only way to tell for sure would be to separate them for the night. Put them in different rooms.
There are alot of companys that offer cheap house insurance. It depends on the person. Is it about the service or is it about the price? I would choose service because I would rather have place to live in rather than getting your house broken, fixed badly, but you pay them more than they deserve.
you can train it to pee outside
Because it's a pig and you have it in your house.
to stop peeing on your floor?
Toilet train him perhaps. type in'how to house train my dog' in google.
he's marking his territory
You can get the male dog neutered, this should stop him from urinating in the house as much as he did.
Then he's not housebroken.
Keep them separate in the house. Getting both fixed is really the only way.
