When this happens, tell your dad and brother to give your cat a treat once in a while so your cat thinks only of them as good things. If this doesn't work, then you only give it a treat when its nice to you.
Cats are not people. They do not get angry and hold grudges, they react out of instinct and need for survival. If your brother and dad are mean to the cat, the cat may react negatively to whomever/whatever it sees first. The cat does not specifically seek you to take out its anger. You can reinforce positive behaviour towards you by using treats or extra affection. Negative reinforcement does not work. Reward good behaviour and ignore negative to reinforce the positive behaviour.
