Be thankful, one of my dogs started barking a 4 weeks, and one didn't start until 4 or 5 months.
Yes. You're puppy would love a walk.
Call a lawyer and sue the breeder go to court and get back some of your money. Or threaten to sue them. Yet don't let them take the puppy away. Just say the breeder lied about the puppy being a purebred and get about half of your money back. that is my advice but you should ask other people and listen to their opinions.

It's because the dog don't know the postmen yet. Maybe if its master is a postmen, it will not bark to him/her
my dog had a puppy and hasn't had a second one yet so how long does it take for A SECOND PUPPY TO BE BORN

I believe a puppy should probably be outdoors as much as possible because one, they're usually not housebroken yet, and two, they're really energetic and love to play and if kept indoors they might cause destruction and mischief where ever they go.
the puppys eye film has not yet disolved all the way yet to give it the release of its eye lids. therefore its not somthing to worry about, it just means that puppy is taking a little longer than the others to develope. or it can also mean that the puppys eyes (are) able to open, but the puppy hasn't gotten the hint yet that its able to, so it just feels that its eyes should stay closed because they don't quite get it yet.
Not yet, but he considers his puppy Pinkly his child.
No, not yet.
