Rabies symptoms are: Thirst, wild actions, will scratch whomever touches them, may race around the house uncontrolled or attacking anyone near them and foaming at the mouth. If your cat has had it's rabies shots then it's not rabies. If your cat has been outside a lot and has not had their shots it could well be rabies or they have gotten into a type of poison. Be sure they are not vomiting up (generally yellow and may have bits of green in it which could be grass or plants and they do this if they have a fur ball so they will vomit.) Foaming (generally clear and white froth) at the mouth can also be a sign of Diabetes or other diseases so it's extremely important you get your cat into the vet immediately! Don't wait!
