Your Yorkie is probably just upset at having to go to the Veterinarian and get his or her vaccinations. Your Yorkie is probably just scared and will calm down after being at home for awhile.
A true anaphylactic reaction to the vaccination would occur within about 1-10 minutes after being given the vaccination and there would be swelling such as in the facial area. If that occurs, then you should take your Yorkie back to the Vet immediately. If your pet did have a true anaphylactic reaction shown by swelling, then next time you vaccinate, ask your Veterinarian to leave out the Lepto part of the Vaccination and carefully monitor her or him for the next 1/2 hour before you leave. If you are really concerned call your Veterinarian now. But I think if your Yorkie is just shaking and no other symptoms, she or he is just upset by the Doctor visit. Get your Yorkie out more. Take daily walks with him or her on leash. Take more car rides where your pet ends up at a happy place or even at the Vets, but you just walk in and visit and then leave. Bring little biscuits with you to give positive feedback to your Yorkie, that this is fun! Good luck
It might be distemper. Consult your veterinarian.
