The members of these teams are specially skilled to solve the task, and most important, has to be motivated to solve the tasks within the time and resources provided them.

The management challenge here is your skills and experience. The more you know of the problem domain, the better you can understand the problems that the teams will face, and the less will you require "team managers" to see to that the problems are solved and warn you and others about the complexity that quick solutions can introduce.
