Tallent is how you succed in life, with-out it.. There would be no musical nor physical movement, etc... in this universe! Tallent should be shared with others but NOT taken away. Therefore, it shoule be nutured in the organisation. Tallent isn't something you can give up or give away. Stay true to yourself, be confident and just be yourself.
