There are always opportunities for managers to motivate employees and ensure that they feel empowered and 'part of the team'. This responsibility, should it be respected, will ultimately mean that the employees meet its goals and succeed in the marketplace. However, it can often be a challenge for a manager who might have to deal with a range of employees, and not be able to perform the leadership style which they would best respond to. A business that needs a rapid culture change will have to use an autocratic style of leadership, which would allow the manager to make changes that will help the business quickly.
