Have the shift manager of each crew working with them on the clock. Than that supervisor tells his crew leader what they expect to be done and completed to satisfaction. If there are minor deviation from the plan comely rethink of a new plan direction and do It. People need to come to agreements and work together for once. Nothing from my experience goes exactly as planned. Learn the word IMPROVISE and always learn from your mistakes.. Things weren't always done the right way they first experienced a problem but someone must have learn the right to do it, and that's seems to have work out pretty good so far. Use those extraordinary brains GOD gave us. Thank You.
