this question is not much clearly. you know i can say all firms use this structure, beacuse whatever the firm use classical or behavioural structure, which all have issues. so, the firm often use both or changes at the particular time.

these features below are belong to this type of management:

-have a long chain of command. they arehierarchical (many levels of authority).

-autocratic management-decisons are made by managers with no input from the employees.

-employees are closely supervised.

-a tall structure communication can take longer and lead to more mistakes as massages get lost.

-span of control is narrow as the level of supervision is high.

1.select workers to perform a task.

2.observe them and note the key elements.

3.record the time taken to do each part of the task.

4.train the workers to the task in the quickest way.

5.supervise workers to ensure they use this method.

6.pay workers on the basis of results.

so often occurs in secondary industry, e.g. car manufacturing (Ford), mining (BHP).

some national companies (government business) (social justice) (China), e.g. China Telecom.

some special,e.g. kitchen of restaurant, army.
