Managing Feeling means that how well you cope up with yourself.It also means that how well you conceal your pains and move with confidence in the society.There are various ways to manage your feeling first is to find a substitute against your hurted feelings.Like if you failed in relationship a substitute may be a new friend or a new life partner.Second is to divert yourself in some work task or hobbies. Third thing is start socializing.and the final one is managing externally which includes taking care of your appearance ,dressings,lifestyle,eating habbits,home and career etc.It is crucial because is because when we are unable to manage our feeling we dont take care of ourself.I hope it will work.
