Human resources, finance, accounting, operations, and operations are all areas that can be focused on. The management team in a company is composed of people from all departments. These leaders must come together and effectively develop strategy to move the company forward. Students interested in business management will learn many skills during their degree program. The program will give them a taste of all parts of managing a company.
