Well, you have to have a topic of some sort. That's up to you. Decide what you want to write about in your speech. Do you want to inspire your fellow students to follow their passions? To work hard and get ahead? To give back to society? To be kind to others? Think about what you believe is the best message to give.

One way to come up with a good topic is to read speeches that others have given. Don't copy them, just read to see what kinds of things people talk about at this sort of thing. Another way is to talk to other students. Find out what their experiences have been like and what they're thinking about and worrying about as they face the future.

Next, make an outline of your speech. Include your big theme or message, and then add all the points you're going to make to support that message. Don't forget to include a couple of jokes, too. The outline will show you about how long your speech is going to be, so you can add more if it's too short or cut some if it's too long.

Write out the speech and start practicing. You need to read it aloud until you can do the whole thing smoothly and confidently. Make your friends and family be your audience. Make a video of yourself and watch to see how you can improve. This is going to be the only time you'll be able to give the speech, so be prepared for it.

Remember that this speech is for your classmates. Read it and see if it sounds like something you'd like to hear at your graduation. If not, redo it. You can add a line thanking your family and teachers if you want, but mostly it should be about you and your classmates.
