If one has power then they owe it to those around them (under them) or a mass of people relying on them to be loyal, keep the promises they made, show that even with power one is still vulnerable and can make mistakes and own up to it. In other words one with power should NEVER put themselves above others, have empathy yet have the strength to change things for the better and to be responsible for their own actions. Unfortunately the world is loaded with those that don't have any of the above qualities! Total power seems to bring the very worst out in people and there are only a very few that one can look up too with total trust and admiration.
