Subject: I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING!
Springer Company!!
I spent an hour trying to REMOVE an item (the purple sweater, size small) from my shopping cart. I finally gave up. At that point, I wanted to cancel the whole darn order, but I didn't have time to run to the store to buy the other items -- that's why I was shopping online. So, I ordered and paid for the sweater that I didn't want. Now I want to return it. The instructions for returns are about as clear as the instructions for deleting items from my cart (that is, NONEXISTENT). I do not want the sweater. Can you please tell me how to return it?
