Tell him you do not appreciate being treated unjustly, and that if he wants to continue to have a relationship with you , he needs to evalutate his words and his actions towards you, because a person does not deserve to be treated that way.

If there is some kind of legal action, a social worker might visit your house and tell your dad to be nicer to you. If your dad has been hurting you badly, the social worker might take you away from your dad and find a different place for you to live.

If none of this seems possible, talk to a doctor, nurse, preacher, priest or other church or temple person about your problem.

If your dad is not being this mean to you, if he is just upset and grounding you or making you follow reasonable rules, then follow his rules as long as they are safe. If you have really done something wrong, apologize to your dad and admit what you did.

Parents are people, and they can get mad and not know what to do. While it is hard to take their anger, if you can admit your faults gracefully and be polite, your parents will trust you more and yell at you less. Try not to argue with them because it accomplishes nothing to argue when they are mad.

Most importantly, be sure you are safe, and if you are not, get help from a trusted adult as soon as you can.
