"Please" and "Thank you" Never closing a door in someone's face who is behind you (hold it for them). Don't presume to call anyone with a generational age difference higher than yours by their first name unless told or given permission to do so. Don't interrupt a conversation except in an emergency. Wait until there is a break in the talking or until they acknowledge you standing there waiting. When visiting someone's home, never presume "Mi casa es su casa," but ask permission to enter another room or look for something in cabinets.
