First of all to correct your English grammar. It is 'wearing', NOT 'wereing'.

To Wear is to have clothes on. 'I am wearing a jacket'.

'Where' is to question a place. 'Where is your house?'

'Were' Past tense of a verb to have . 'They were there'.

What am I wearing?

I am wearing a jumper and trousers.
