Any job whereby you enlist services from an individual CAN be considered one that might be defined as "tippable".
However, it is up to you, the customer, whether you feel the service warrants a tip and how much that tip should be.
Some examples of service are:
Beauty/Nail Salons
Car Wash Attendant
Valet
Personal make up artists
Some that I consider Service but would not tip:
Corporate owned Carpet Cleaners
Geek Squad (Computer people that come to your home)
Auto Mechanics
Tow Truck Drivers
Yes but they should be tipped. i don't know how much to tip them. Does anyone know?
People should have jobs to learn responsibility for themselves, it teaches you much experience that you may not of had before within that job.
Waiters should not have to tip other tipped employees. Those employees have to work together. Usually they will split things up, they should work as a team. Waiters should tip out busboys 10% of the tips made that shift. Waiters should tip out the bartender less because a bartender usually makes as much, or more than the waiter does. It is common to tip a bartender according to the amount of mixed drinks they have to make. If you had a busy night, but did not order very much booze, than usually the bartender is cool. But if you have a busy night and order alot of mixed drinks, than you better pay the bartender half of what you give the busser. Bussers should be tipped out everynight.
Elvis tipped 10,000 at the restaurant.
The amount a chambermaid should be tipped at a three star hotel depends on your length of stay and the service you received. If you stayed for a few days and the service was excellent then $10-$15 is acceptable, if service was terrible then do not tip. If you stayed for one night and service was good then tip $5.
about 2.50
In the state of Iowa, a waitress is considered to be a tipped employee. In Iowa the minimum wage for tipped employees is $4.35 per hour. This is higher than the federal minimum wage of $2.13 an hour for tipped employees.
Yes. They should have jobs!
the photographer and DJ should if they did a good job but the minister shouldn't
About 4 or 5 dollars.
It depends on the type of cut I recieve, if I like the cut, if the Barber if friendly in explaining exactly what he or she is doing as they proceed. I think they should be tipped and my normal tipp is $2.00 and if I really like the job the tipp can get as high as $5.00 to $10.00.
If you've haven't done anything that ICE would be concerned about, you shouldn't worry. However, if you have done something questionable, perhaps you should stay in your own country and not attempt to usurp jobs from Americans and/or naturalized citizens.
