Good manners are the grease that make the wheels of human interaction run smoothly in any and all situations. I was taught Manners are most important for use with people you don't know or don't like. In the case of someone you don't know, good manners enable you to interact easily, confidently and correctly until such time as you do know them well enough to be comfortable in your interactions. Good manners will get you through a blind date or tea with the queen, depending on what you need. In the case of someone you don't like, manners allow you to interact with that person in a neutral and direct manner without having your personal feeling colour the situation. This can be one of the biggest assets of life. Good manners are equally important behavior toward everyone, including your family.

Not at all though sometimes when met with someone else who doesn't extend the same courtesy or feels your mannerisms doesn't meet their standards however high or low, people can lose patience and begin to think learning good manners was a waste of time in this world. However, there are people who truly appreciate good manners and see it as a sign of respect and take them as one would a kind gesture. It helps to make good first impressions, and shows classiness on ones part which people tend to admire and respect.
It's not good manners! I know some people cuss as early as 10. It's not good but not bad. People take it offensively and you don't want to offend people
Japanese people has very good table manners. They only take one type of food and then finish what is on the plate before taking something
Even if they are well trained and have good manners, it is a great idea to take them to social (dog training) classes and take them on long walks where they can both get good exercise and be introduced to the sounds and presence of inferior objects, people, and dogs.
