It depends what you want to evaluate, it could be a building. The external part means that it is not in you home or work, its somewere else like a city centre for example. So I have decided to evaluate office space in London. How would I do that? I would check if the office is big enough for what i need I would check that the price is right I would decide wether the location is right for what I need... and so on....
