It would appear that SAP (http://www.sap.com) has adopted the same principals but called them different names. From an internal presentation at SAP by their Business Transformation Group.
KPI - Key Performance Indicator (discrete activity metrics and measurements)
PPI - Process Performance indicator (a process related collection of KPIs)
BPI - Business Performance indicator (a collection of the PPIs aligned to business strategy).

From what I can tell only SAP is using these terms to describe the strategic way of measuring business performance (a form of "KPI") which I have advocated.
The SAP approach, of leaving the KPI as it is understood alone, and defining two new index categories is a more refined and structured approach to achieving the same goals which I have long espoused.
Their approach, again, of using the 3 different hierarchical categories also has some alignment to the balanced scorecard approach. These categories align well with operational, tactical, and strategic business objectives.

Images with a resolution of 300 ppi have more pixels per inch than images with a resolution of 72 ppi. This means that the higher resolution image will have more detail and sharpness, resulting in a higher quality image when printed. The lower resolution image may appear pixelated or blurry when printed at a larger size.
KRA denotes the broad areas of activity that forms a part of the role. KRA drives a goal focused mind and thereby harnessing all the actions to achieve it. The key performance indicators (KPI) of a team leader in a BPO depends on the work environment. Team out put is often the most important KPI. Productivity, retention, and team motivation can also be used to assess KPI.
If you have missold PPI then you are entitled to make PPI claim for it. Before making PPI claim you must ensure that you are declared unable to pay installments of PPI. You should also have proper documents associated to PPI claim in order to file claim against it. It is suggested to take help of PPI claim lawyers for success of PPI claim.
