no where, its to pray in the name of Jesus
There were various times when Jesus needed to get away from the busy life of the ministry, and away from the large crowds, and even away from His disciples for a short time. The garden of Gethsemane is one example, although He did ask His disciples to stay close and be praying. Interestingly, whenever He did "get away", His purpose (with the possible exception of the Temptation by Satan) was always to pray to His Father. As far as it goes, Jesus was never fully alone until He went to the cross, because He always had God the Father there to pray to, and to get wisdom from. And both when He was tempted in the wilderness, and in the Garden before His crucifixion, angels came and comforted Him. The only time He was absolutely and completely alone was when God turned His face from Jesus on the cross, as evidenced by Jesus' cry, "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" In that case, He needed to be alone - without the Father - because He was taking upon Himself our punishment, which is Hell - separation from God for eternity. Jesus, as the perfect and eternal One, took that punishment for us in a way we could never match. And Praise God, His salvation is available for us today!
