An IQ test is best given when a person is older. A child's brain is still developing and the brain develops in stages. This means that abstract thinking is not obtained until late teens. This can affect a score. The scores are not that accurate as well. A person can test out at one level and later show another score. It has a lot to do with health, the test, and other factors.

Score keeper.
The average score on an IQ test is about 100. If you score higher than that, your score will be above average.
As far as i know, IQ scores are all relative. 100 is the average, and a score is judged by what percentile of the population has gotten your score or above. (ex. someone that scores higher than 99% of the population will have an extremely high IQ)
IQ scores are based on a Bell Curve, such that the score of 100 (which is average) would be in the exact middle. This means that if the test-takers started to improve their scores overall, for example, the average would still be 100. You are compared with your peers - people around the same age as you. As you get older, you gain more experience, knowledge, and skills. Thus, comparing the score of someone who is 15 to someone who is 45 would not be fair.

First, IQ tests are designed so that your score takes your age into account. This means that (ideally) a person exactly as smart as you, but older or younger than you should get the exact same score. (So if a person exactly as smart as you, but 30 years old took an IQ test, they should get 120, or someone 50 or someone 15). Though this does not always work out perfectly in reality.
The answer to that is to have a higher score than Jaden or have a higher score than someone in Ra Yellow if you have already been to Ra Yellow. Same with the advancement to Obelisk Blue. If Bastion is higher than any of the O. Blue dolts, you only have to have a higher test score than one of the dolts.
