It cannot be 'proved' as such unless you understand the original languages in which The Bible was written - Hebrew and Greek.
In these languages words and passages have been translated in the New World translation (The JW Bible, NWT) so as to remove any overt reference to the divinity of Jesus. Jesus' divinity is without question in the original Greek but JW theology claims a Jesus that is a subservient 'son' of God, and cite many verses (always taken out of context) to 'prove' this, and yet do not notice the elephant in the room of Jesus' miracles in his own name (not God's) his acceptance of worship, his forgiveness of sin (only God could do that), his claims to be God, the prophesies about him and his divinity, and so on.
So firstly, it is important that some Greek iis known to dispel the JW doctrine surrounding the divinity of Christ.
However, if this is not sufficient, one has to revert to evidence of others. JWs take all their theology from the Watchtower Press, and are not allowed to read works by other people. Yet the Watchtower itself is written by people with little or no theological training, no ttraining in Hebrew or Greek, and no religious instruction at all, except that provided by the Watchtower, and so the misconceptions over Jesus' identity self-perpetuate. Despite JW claims, no eminent Greek scholar, Hebrew scholar, Bible historian, textual critic, theologian or Biblical expert that I know of has ever endorsed the NWT as a truthful or faithful translation - usually their descriptions are to the contrary.
Not really. He did not set out to prove anyone wrong. His purpose was to explain things in the light of new discoveries and knowledge.
Its important to prove a hypotheses is wrong as it is to prove it right because when you set out to do a lab, you must make your prediction before you start. When you are finished with the lab, you write your report, and that is the time to either prove or disprove your theory. Science isn't all about getting the right hypothesis or answer; it's more about thinking and understanding.
to dispute some one else's argument, to prove they are wrong
I think it is a golden nugget? Prove me if I'm wrong
that's its wrong and it should not be used
No, it's not. I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and I don't think it's wrong.
Nothing. Jehovah's Witnesses view BOTH married and single life as a Gift from God while recognising the unique challenges of both.
No they don't. Most men who are Jehovah's Witnesses with their wives, are so because of their wives converting. JW males if they do carry on a courtship with a girl who is a non Witness, the girl usually converts to be with him; that is wrong, but it happens.FURTHERI am not comppletely sure what specific situation the asker has in mind, but since the terms "men" and "girls" are used, the question seems to be leaning toward a mentoring type situation, where the "man" could be old enough to be a "father" to the "girl." In answer to a senerio where a man would befriend a girl, possibly to have a Bible study with that one, this would be very much discouraged in our organization. If a male witness finds a young girl who wants to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses, the witness brother will need to find a suitable female witness to study with the young girl.
The point isn't to prove someone is wrong. Look into it. Some things they believe are true; some aren't. This is the case with many religions. Don't write it off as right or wrong just because that's what you were taught. Figure it out for yourself.
Depending on a persons viewpoint, the question can be answered in a number of ways. I will first explain - from OUR viewpoint. We view things quite differently from how others view things (nearly everything is very; very different.)Jehovah's Witnesses actually have a very long history. It is really impossible to determine 'When'.There were witnesses of Jehovah God, long before there were humans on earth; long before even the physical Universe was created. As you probably know, Jehovah God is 'eternal'; in both directions; meaning at one time in eternal history, Jehovah God was 'ALONE'. Then he decided to 'CREATE'. The first things he created were things like himself. God is a 'spirit being'; and he created 'spirit beings' like himself. They are called 'angels'.Those angels, being created by Jehovah God - - would be the very first 'witnesses' of Jehovah God. They were not 'witnesses' of Christ, since the Christ had not been on earth yet - there was no earth at that time. Therefore, angels are certainly not 'Christians'. They existed long before that era in time.Actually, anyone who Jehovah God creates, can be a 'witness' of Jehovah. Adam at one time was a 'witness' of Jehovah, towards his wife Eve. Until Adam disobeyed, then he became a 'witness' for Satan.Abel was the next 'witness' for Jehovah God. Then was Enoch; then Noah, then Abraham, etc etc. They all witnessed to others about Jehovah their God.According to Bible Chronology, Adam was created approx 6,000 years ago; so that's approximately when there were witnesses of Jehovah on earth's history line. The Bible in Isaiah 43 states that the Israelite nation were 'witnesses' of JehovahGod.In Revelation, Jesus is called 'the faithful witness'; so Jesus was a witness of Jehovah God.Coming to modern times, there were a group of Christians called simply as 'Bible Students'. This was from the 1870's forward. They were quite perturbed that most Bible translations being used, had deleted God's personal name from the Bible. It actually appears approx 7,000 times in the ancient manuscripts. These 'Bible Students' noticed that everyone else was worshiping Jesus. This all seemed so wrong to them. They voiced their concerns very powerfully in those days. They noticed that other religions, did not really like the word 'Jehovah'. They preferred being called simply 'Christians'. How confusing that all these different beliefs of the different religions, yet they all called themselves Christians. It was like a 'divided' household. So in an effort to separate themselves from 'mainstream religions'; they wrote up a Resolution in 1931, and adopted the name 'Jehovah's Witnesses. And Bingo - the name stuck. Even our enemies call us 'Jehovah's Witnesses' without realizing exactly who they are crediting that most honorable name to.So maybe, from your viewpoint, that's the year you were looking for - 1931 --.I think I've about covered the whole spectrum to that question. Please see other LINKS below.
The most important issue that is set before us is proving that Satan is a liar and that Jehovah alone has the right to rule over us. Satan challenged Jehovah's sovereignty, and he went a step further by challenging our integrity to Jehovah. He made the claim that we serve Jehovah only for what we can get from him, so it's our most heartfelt desire to prove that Satan is wrong.

Since the Bible commands us to "abstain from blood" accepting blood fractions is left up to the conscience of the individual witness. Some are OK with fractions, considering them no longer blood. Others refuse them also. It seems unlikely a witness would donate their blood if it may be used for a transfusion (and therefore break God's law). So I assume blood fractions would have to come form blood donated from non-witnesses.
An experiment can prove they are wrong or right ...:)
Of course... Jehovah's Witnesses enjoy sexual relations with their marriage mate, just as anyone else. It would be pretty difficult if they slept in separate beds. However, I guess there's nothing wrong with sleeping in searate beds, if you're both in agreement !
