To cheer someone up when they are stressed, first, listen actively to their concerns and validate their feelings. Offer support through encouraging words or small gestures, like bringing them a favorite snack or suggesting a fun activity. Sometimes, just spending time together and sharing a laugh can help lighten their mood. Lastly, remind them to take deep breaths and focus on self-care to help manage their stress.
