Take any word and reverse it, to see if it forms another word, or part of another word. Then add letters to each side, either between the reversed words or on both sides, until you have added letters to form correct words on both sides of the center point. This is a mirror sequence.

Example: the word "bud" is "dub" as are"don" and "nod"

Speaking to your sound man, you might say,

"Bud! Don't nod...dub!" (the T in the middle is the mirror point, used both ways)

Most palindromes ignore punctuation and capitalization.
