Well, the average 12 year old's weight vary, first ask yourself these questions:

Am I active?

Do I snack too much?

Am I tall? (compared to friends)

okay lets see if you're active then check your muscles are they strong or weak?

If they are strong, your weight might be more in muscles than in fat. Do you snack to much? Eating fast food and diet sodas really add up on the scale. That could lead to obesity so start eating fruits other than snacks. Only eat when you're really hungry not just when you feel like it! Are you tall? well if you've already hit puberty you should be taller than 5' and when you get taller it adds weight, and you should measure yourself once a month.( being tall is awesome!) So, If your active and tall and you've hit puberty, you should be around 130 lb but sometimes its WAY more and sometimes its a little less. But remember if you're active and healthy don't worry about your weight!
