According to tradition, the original text of the Hebrew Bible has always been what we have today (the Masoretic text; "Masoretic" means Traditional). This is borne out by the fact that Hebrew copies of the Tanakh are and have been identical worldwide. Translations, however, vary. You'd have to count the number of translations, the oldest of which go back well over two thousand years.
