Research suggests that while fluid intelligence (the ability to solve new problems and think abstractly) may decline with age, crystallized intelligence (accumulated knowledge and skills) often remains stable or even improves. The decline in fluid intelligence typically begins in a person's late 20s to early 30s, but the extent of IQ decrease varies significantly among individuals. Overall, while some cognitive abilities may decline, many older adults maintain high levels of intelligence due to their accumulated experience and knowledge.
The average IQ is approximately 100, and also, your IQ does not increase very much as you get older, it can [on average, about 3 points], but there's not usually a big difference. Hope this helps! Further answer: It can also decrease with age. However, the effect is not age on IQ, but error across multiple tests resulting in different scores despite the same IQ. no that's stupid i got 104 and im not that smart so ur dumb no offence
IQ is not strongly associated with age. An IQ of 56 represents mental retardation, but nothing about the person's age.
IQ has nothing to do with age. Average IQ for ANY age is 100.
IQ remains relatively stable after the age of 5.
IQ is not dependent on age. Regardless of age, a person who possessed an IQ of 75 would be Mildly Retarded, or very close to that.

IQ is non-age dependent. IQ tests can be made for people in different age ranges, but there is no average score for a certain age range. The average IQ for any age is 100.

No, your grandfather is cleverer. IQs are only an average of everybody's intelligence. As 60 or so years ago the IQ of 100 was much higher than it is now. And the IQ of 101 has become much lower.This is what I thought the answer was. However in the UK show QI it is revealed that the IQ test, strangely, had to get harder as people got more used to puzzles. So maybe you are cleverer.
Age has nothing to do with IQ. An average IQ is 100, no matter what age a person is.

IQ = mental age / chronological age x 100
IQ changes with learning.
The average IQ is 100 for any age. The average IQ is 100 for any age.
