Your average healthy weight is mainly around 114 pounds. on the other hand if your body is built with musicale then your weight may be higher. and anyway you shouldn't be worrying about how much your body weighs, your well to young. but if any ones picking on you and saying that your fat just forget about it and wipe it out of your mind, and if you want to check what 114 pounds is in stone just get on some scales and it will tell you. if you are over 114 by far then you should cut down on fating foods such as: crisps, chocolate, burgers, chips, cakes, surgery products, and many more treats and start on thinking about changing your diet to a small portion of breakfast (healthy cereal is a great option!) and at lunch times just a bit of fruit, and at dinner time have a family meal. but during the day make sure you get lots and lots of exercise, having a nice long walk with your mates its a good idea.
