I don't believe the question should be "how often should we pray?", but rather "Do we pray?". As a Christian I believe we should be 100% of the day in dialog with the Lord. If we set certain times and hours that we should pray we place Christians in a box and the relationship becomes a tradition. This is a dangerious point ...! We shuld pray 24/7 as Paul said "Pray without stop". after all, prayer is a normal conversation between the Lord and the Christian; not a heavy "something" that only the most holy can do!

Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, ....

How should we pray?

The Bible tells us to pray always. This doesn't mean literally always being on your knees with your head bowed, but thinking of God often and talk to him in our minds throughout the day, asking for his help and guidance. _____ How much or how often you should pray is a personal matter... think of it as a personal opinion since it's your personal, religious devotion. For example, you may pray once a day; a Muslim, however, may tell you she/he prays five times a day. That doesn't mean you don't pray enough though! If you have faith & trust in your prayer, it is always a good thing.
