Around 160-165 pounds...I am 5'8 and used to be a size 12. Now I am down to a 6 or 8 and fluctuate between 137-140 pounds. I lost most of my weight by simply changing my diet...no more pop or fast food and tons of water. I also do pilates and work out on the elliptical.
