There is no inches, it is a formula. try going to a search engine and look for a bra calculator and follow the directions to find your bra size. I'm pretty sure it is 1-2 inches difference between your band size in inches (add 5 to your measurement around right under your armpits) and your measurement on your bust (add 5 to your measurement around the largest part or your breasts).
Peggy says:
If you want inches it can vary from 32 to 38 approximately. It is more of a measure of shape and fullness, with A being less full, progressively increasing through B, C, and D and higher which are fuller and rounder.
The bra size is usually the number of inches around the rib cage where the bra sits, so you would simply have to convert 32 inches to centimeters, which is 81.28 centimeters.
The different numbers before "A" in a bra size are the size of the band. A bra size 32A will fit a woman who is about 32 inches around the rib cage.
To convert a 36C bra size to inches, you first need to understand that the number "36" refers to the band size, which is measured around the ribcage just under the bust. This typically corresponds to a measurement of about 36 inches in circumference. The "C" cup size indicates the volume of the bust, which is not a direct measurement in inches but represents a difference of about 3 inches between the band size and the bust measurement. Therefore, a 36C bra is designed for someone with a bust measurement of approximately 39 inches.
The 39 in the bra size denotes the woman is 39 inches around her chest. The cup size refers to the size of the woman's breasts...the higher the letter, the larger. 39A would be considered small.
You can know a woman's bra size by asking her. If you do not think it is appropriate to ask her for her bra size, then her bra size is probably none of your business.
