Psalm 59:16 says, "But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou has been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble."
Here are a few more:

The word "exhortation" appears 10 times in the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible. It is used in various contexts throughout the New Testament to encourage, urge, or advise believers in their faith and conduct. These instances of exhortation are often found in letters written by the apostles to early Christian communities.

The book of Acts
The Bible text is established by scholars engaged in studying the manuscripts that we have from the early church. The idea of chapters being "taken out of the Bible" assumes that we have a single manuscript that is the agreed-on text, and that is simply not true. (There is agreement for about 95% or so of the text, and no doctrinal issues depend on disputed readings). Almost any Bible will have alternate readings for some of the verses listed in the notes at the bottom of the page. Now if you look at John 8 in a modern Bible, you may see a heading note for it or you may see it in parenthesis. This is because the current opinion of most scholars is John 8 is not supported by the best and earliest manuscripts. On the other hand, the story there is very consistent with John's writing and Jesus's life and teachings, so it is included in the Bible but annotated. But the chapter has not been "taken out" of the Bible.
Revelation...I think the early chapters
"The New England Primer" was a famous early schoolbook that used verses from the Bible to teach children how to read. It was widely used in schools in colonial America during the 17th and 18th centuries.
The books of both the Old Testament and the New Testament were originally written as continuous text, without chapters and verses. The early Christians eventually assigned the text to chapters and verses, to make reference easier. The Jews found this innovation useful and followed suit in the Hebrew Bible.
