This coin is pretty much worthless UNLESS you have a doubled die. Get a magnifying glass and look at the date, if you see 1955 punched twice, then post again and i'll look it up for you. A doubled die is worth thousands in excellent condition.
The doubled die variety is worth $30-$50 in uncirculated condition. Any others are worth one cent.

If it is just a regular penny, you can buy a new uncirculated one for $20. Much use or wear and it's probably just a penny.
