All of the books of the New Testament go to make up the heart of this book. There is no book of more importance than another. If one understands the scriptures the New Testament is the heart of the bible.

There were two men called Jonah in the Bible. The first was a prophet who was asked to go to Ninevah and proclaim judgement against them. He ran away from this commission and fled. His story is recorded in the Bible book of Jonah. The second was the father of the Apostles Peter and Andrew - although he was sometimes referred to as John. See Matthew 16:17.
They use it but it is not the only version of the Bible they use.

The book ends with Nicholas deciding to go back to the butcher and pay his debt. Then he mentions going to an appointment with Mr. Banks after he is doe.
The Bible verse that mentions the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in relation to the concept of the Holy Trinity is Matthew 28:19, which says, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

The quote "knowledge will increase" is not a direct quote from the Bible. However, in the Book of Daniel 12:4, it mentions that "But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge."
Elijah and Enoch were the only two people mentioned in the Bible to go to heaven without dying. Enoch was the first of the two.
Galatians 2:11-21 Paul confronts Peter because Peter would eat with the Gentiles but when certain Jews would come around Peter would go back to the law and judge them for not following the Law.
