The Scripture never mentions his skin color only that He is from the tribe of Judah, nicknamed Jews and had a common look about Him. This is borne out with several accounts of Jesus easily slipping away from the angry crowds and the fact that Judas had to identify Him for the authorities.
Extra-biblical accounts though speak of Him being tall and thin in built. Light or chestnut hair color with blue/gray eyes. His skin was 'touched' by the sun in that he was usually outside walking/preaching and would off had a 'tan' to the usual white skin of the Jews. These accounts seem to make Him stand out a bit to the common dark hair, dark eye look of the Jews around Him.
Just one point here, the color of his skin does not matter as He died for all mankind - of all colors, shapes, sizes, sexes and ages. This is what matters.
The bible does not say anything about dreaming for Jesus.

Jesus states the greatest commandment in the Bible in the book of Matthew, chapter 22, verses 37-39.
It doesn't, actually. The Bible doesn't talk about the physical attributes of Jesus, so we don't know for sure what color His eyes were.
The bible does not say anything about dreaming for Jesus.
I would say it is the Book of Isaiah. It has many topics and verses about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
77 is it?

The Bible does not say this, but most Christians presume it is so, because there were no Scriptures written for about 400 years after the book of Malachi and until the birth of Jesus Christ.
The Bible doesn't say whether or not Jesus had a dog.
To say "bible" in American Sign Language you would sign "Jesus" then "book."
