Our math teacher gave us problems to solve that were incalculable. It was so much information involved, that we could not answer it.
They do not mean the same thing because they are two different parts of speech. "Grateful" is an adjective meaning thankful, e.g. "I was very grateful for the gift." "Gratitude" is a noun which means thankfulness, e.g. "I have no way to express my gratitude."
Gratitude is being thankful. When you show gratitude to someone, your showing them your thankful them and what they do.

It means unable to be calculated, but actually means that it isn't a possible calculation. For example, square root of -1 is incalculable. So is pi. Or, in literary terms, it means unsolvable, or can't be figured out. I'm 9, so I don't know if this is a good definition. :p
