I love these questions, the ones for which there is no real correct answer. An average person's IQ, twelve years old, female, male, thirty seven--doesnt matter--a normal Stanford-Binet IQ will be in range somewhere between about 90 and about 120. Anything lower could mean some slowness, anything higher some sort of giftedness. In my, in this case, overly qualified opinion, Mensa tests and things of that nature only test what people who write Mensa tests and things of that nature think a person should know.
