A finite part of time is when you state a time. Say if we a truck drives for an hour. We have fixed the time. It doesn't drive for a day, 2 hours, 1.00001 hours, just an hour. Time is infinite if you do not dictate it's limit

Differences between energy and power signals?

Energy signals have finite energy over time, meaning that the total energy is finite. Power signals have finite power over time, meaning that the average power is finite. Energy signals have zero power; power signals have infinite energy.

Is time finite or infinite?

Time as we know it is finite, because for us it is measured and always moves in a linear fashion ever progressing forward. To be infinite is to have no limits, no boundaries, no measure, and no foreseeable end. If speaking in terms of eternity, that is not time, but timelessness. Who can measure eternity?

What is a finite clause?

A finite clause is a group of words that contains a subject and a verb, where the verb is marked for tense, person, and number. It can express a complete thought and can stand alone as a sentence or function as part of a larger sentence. For example, in the sentence "She runs every morning," "She runs" is a finite clause. Finite clauses contrast with non-finite clauses, which do not have tense or do not function as complete sentences.
