What is adaqit?

It is a phonetic misspelling of "adequate".

Adequate means "good enough", "satisfactory" or "meets standards".

BUT there is a strong implication that it's "just BARELY good enough", and so is often used to indicate an extreme lack of enthusiasm or contempt for whatever it is that is adequate.
