Well if a person scores an IQ bellow the score of 70 that person is considered mentally challenged, so most professors say that an IQ below 70 is not very good.

An IQ of 56 is considered very, very low. Generally, anyone below 70 is considered to be intellectually challenged (or retarded, but that is an ugly term).
100 is meant to be the average. Many IQ tests set out to standardise the tests in such a way as to make 100 the average.
It would be considered average. An IQ of 100 + or - 5% is considered pretty normal.
And IQ of 113 is considered slightly above average. (The average range being between 90 and 110). A person with an IQ in the 130-140 range is considered "gifted". An IQ of over 140 is very rare and is considered in the genius range.
An IQ of 50 is considered low for a human adult. Most humans have an IQ that is between 85 and 100. Anyone with an IQ of 120 or over is considered a genius.
An average person's IQ is 100; 75 percent of the population has an IQ higher than 90. 87 IQ is considered "low average."

a low IQ is when somebody with a low IQ is not so smart if u have a high IQ it means u r smart
That is considered within the normal range. It is on the low side.
That would pretty much depend on which percentage of people is higher...High IQ or Low IQ. If the largest percentage of the population was Low IQ for example than they would continue to produce a large number of Low IQ children and those children would then chose equally Low IQ mates the IQ of general society would be low. If the largest percentage of people was High IQ then again the number of High IQ people would continue to rise. High or low eventually society would even out to a fairly consistant IQ level through out the population. If this IQ level is high society may become more advanced and progress. If this IQ level is low then society may fall behind and not progress well.
An IQ of 44 is considered extremely low and falls within the category of intellectual disability. Individuals with this level of IQ may have significant challenges with learning, problem-solving, and adaptive functioning. It is important for them to receive appropriate support and interventions to help them thrive.
On an IQ test, a high number is better than a low number. Example- If Bob scored a 71 and Jack scored a 67, Bob scored better and, therefore, is smarter, than Jack.
Low IQ means that you are under averagely smart!
Average IQ (intelligence quotient) is in the region of 90 to 110, an IQ of 40 is extremely low.
