There is no perfect or ideal weight for a 13-year-old girl because weight is related to height and body composition rather than age.

Here are some examples:

  • I am 13 and I weigh 9 stone.
  • I am a 13-year-old and weigh 10 stone. I am tall in height
  • I am a 13-year-old and weigh 11 stone.
  • I am 13 and I weigh 6 stone but I am very small in height.

  • I am 13 years old, I am 5' 5" and I weigh 10 stone.
  • I am 13 and I weigh 5 stone 7 pounds. I am underweight and very small.
  • I am 13. I am not tall and I weigh 7 stone 9 lbs.
  • I'm small but I weigh about 7and a half stone
  • It doesnt matter what you weigh as long as you look healthy and feel right - people are different.)
  • I am 13 years old and i have just got to 6 stone. And im 4ft 12.
